Funding Your SharedLicense Wallet with Crypto
SharedLicense.net is a crypto-first brand. We do not take cards here, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we do have is a wallet: you fund it with crypto, and from then on your invoices settle themselves out of that balance.
This page covers the whole thing — funding it, the bonus, and what happens on renewal day.

Funding the wallet
- Sign in and open Wallet.
- Enter the amount in USD. Everything on SharedLicense.net is priced in USD, whichever coin you send.
- Choose Cryptocurrency.
- Send the amount shown to the address on the payment page.
- Your balance updates once the network confirms the transaction — usually minutes.
Send the amount the page asks for. Sending more than that does not become extra wallet credit, so there is no reason to round up.
Minimum deposit: $1. Maximum in one transaction: $10,000. For anything larger, contact us first.
Bonus credit
Deposits of $100 and above carry bonus credit, added at the same time as the deposit itself.
| Deposit | Bonus | Credited to wallet |
|---|---|---|
| $100 | 5% | $105 |
| $250 | 10% | $275 |
| $500 | 12% | $560 |
| $1,000 | 15% | $1,150 |
| $1,500 | 18% | $1,770 |
| $2,000 | 20% | $2,400 |

Rules, all of them:
- One tier per deposit — the highest your amount reaches. A $600 deposit earns 12%.
- Every qualifying deposit earns it, not only the first.
- The bonus is credit like any other. It buys whatever the rest of your balance buys.
- Deposits below $100 are credited in full, without a bonus.
Renewal day
Seven days before a licence expires, its invoice is created. If your wallet has credit, the invoice is settled from it immediately. You receive the receipt and the licence carries on.
Credit on the account means every invoice settles itself.
Worth knowing, in order of how often it matters:
- More than one invoice waiting? Overdue first, then the smallest, then the earliest due date.
- Balance smaller than the invoice? The available credit is applied and the rest remains due. Fund the wallet again and the remainder clears itself.
- Wallet top-up invoices are never settled from the wallet.
- Stale orders — something you started over a week ago and never paid for — are skipped rather than paid without you asking.
Because SharedLicense.net does not take cards, wallet balance is the only way an invoice can be paid without you being there. If you want your licences to renew hands-free, keep a balance.
Cancelling instead of renewing
Cancel the licence before the renewal invoice is created — more than seven days before it expires. No invoice is raised and your credit is untouched.
Once the invoice has been created and there is credit on the account, it settles immediately. Open a ticket if one was raised that you did not want.
Detail
Does credit expire?+
No. It stays in the account until it is spent.
Can I send the balance back to my crypto wallet?+
No. Credit here is for buying licences and services on SharedLicense.net. Fund what you plan to spend with us.
I sent slightly more than the invoice asked for. What happens to the difference?+
Treat the amount on the payment page as the amount to send. Anything extra is not converted into wallet credit, so please send the figure shown. If you have sent the wrong amount, open a ticket with the transaction hash and we will look at it.
My payment has not shown up.+
Confirmations can be slow when a network is busy. Give it thirty minutes, then open a ticket with the transaction hash.
Which coins can I use?+
Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum and a long list of others. The full set is shown on the payment page when you check out.
Can the wallet top itself up?+
Not on SharedLicense.net. Automatic top-up needs a saved card, and this brand is crypto-only. Fund it manually, and keep enough in there to cover your next few renewals.
Where can I see every movement?+
The Wallet page lists each deposit, each bonus and each invoice paid from the balance, with the running total.
Questions go to [email protected], or raise a ticket from your dashboard. Answers usually come the same day.
